99 Levels to Hell is a platform shooter with lots of guns, upgrades, magic, traps and monsters to kill.

99 Levels to Hell is a rogue-like-like, which means surviving is key and every time you play you get a random selection of levels to play.

When you complete 10 levels, the 10th being a boss-fight you unlock a door to the next dungeon.

Hidden in the darkness of the dungeons are shops, casinos and elevators.

And if you search the dungeons carefully, you might find secret rooms that unlock more of the story, and free new adventurers, you can play as in your next game.

”In the land of Splendestia. Where all is good and well.
This horrific story starts, which I am about to tell”

"One thing that sets the game apart from a lot of similar titles is that you actually get to shoot those nasty monsters, instead of the typical Swords & Sorcery or Might & Magic melee combat nonsense."

"The game has massive potential for re-playability, and I say this having played a build that has only a fraction of what the finished product will have."

"the in-game lighting scheme really catches the eye. Just check out the superb contrasts between light and dark and you’ll see what I mean."

"Why go down? Well, unfortunately for this gentleman the only way out is through hell – that’s got to suck.
Luckily, the game itself doesn’t stuck and after having a quick playthrough of this 10 level build, I found myself quite fond of the game’s quirky nature."

  1. This game is awesome! Its a nice change from all the other graphics heavy FPS and RPG style games that have been big releases. Have you thought of releasing a server version? As in people can host their own servers with 2-6 players. That would be great. And what about character customizations and novelty items (like different skins or hats or guns)? Can't wait until its finished!

  2. Thank you so much!
I have been thinking about multiplayer but as "same screen two player" old school style. A server solution sounds like fun. If I get the time, I'm on a pretty tight schedule here ;), I'll look into it.
There might be more characters to choose from, with different weapons and skills.

  3. I have an indie product search engine that still has to be filled with listings, I want to feature your game. I really need to fill it with listings before I can officially release the site! Also We can offer advertising deals as well, if you want.
