Zaxis Games strongly supports community videos, using video images, footage, from Zaxis Games, subject to a few conditions.

First and foremost, note that Zaxis Games requires that the use of Zaxis Games Content, such as trailers etc, must be limited to non-commercial purposes.

For recordings of the game, game play etc, commercialization through YouTube, Twitch.tv, Own3d.tv and other streaming websites that pay revenue share on ads. In these cases the video must be commentary in nature as defined under fair use under section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976
